Method of Payment

INVOICE & PAYMENT

• The invoice for the current month will be issued within 15 days of the month’s end. Any disputes regarding the invoice shall be raised within 15 days of its issuance. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Kindly indicate the invoice number / CID when making payments.
• Operators are responsible for RANS Charges payment charges, including bank or agent fees.
• Payments shall be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) ONLY, as specified in the invoice. In order to facilitate the payment in RM, operators can refer to the Appointed Overseas Office established by Central Bank of Malaysia.
• Payment of RANS Charges can be transferred via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to the following bank account:

You are required to pay the amount stated in the invoice in full in MALAYSIA RINGGIT. If you have paid, please indicate the cheque/draft number and date.

We advise you to settle your bill on time. Non-settlement of your account will lead to non-approval of future flights.

All Telegraphic Transfer/Bank Charges shall be borne by the customer.
