Effective 1st January 2025, each flight through airspace within the boundaries of Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu Flight Information Regions are subject to RANS Charges at rates outlined in the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2024.
RANS Charges are determined per flight and based on the aircraft's Maximum Take-off Weight (MTOW).
