ROUTE AIR NAVIGATION SERVICES (RANS) SYSTEM MAINTENANCE NOTICE
Dear Valued Clients and Aviation Operators,
Please be informed that we will be performing server maintenance from 29/3/2022 (Tuesday) until 1/4/2022 (Friday) for our Automatic Billing System. Due to maintenance, RANS Web Portal services will be suspended during this period. The following services will be temporarily unavailable:
(a) Receipts;
(b) Statement of Account (SOA); and
(c) Reminders.
We encourage our customers to read the billing details they received via email before making a payment. Please direct your inquiries regarding RANS invoices (if any) to the existing email addresses.
We appreciate your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
